Alpha-Link Maintenance

For nearly 10 years Superdraft Systems Ltd, in conjuction with 600 Lathes, has been continously developing the Alpha-Link range of software for use with the Alpha manual/cnc lathes from Colchester-Harrison.

During this time updates for the different levels of software improvements has been provided, upon request, free of charge. However, following a review of the costs inherent with this policy we regret that in future we will have to charge a small annual fee for this software maintenace/upgrade service.

From the start of April 2007 customers requesting updates to the current versions of Alpha-Link software will be required to have a maintenance agrrement with Superdraft and Colchester-Harrison. An annual fee of £150.00 (plus VAT for UK customers) will cover all the improvements and updates to the Alpha-Link software. Please note that application and Alpha-Link guidance will remain free of charge.

The 'Alpha-Link for Windows' software is an ongoing development. We have a development schedule which will progressively add many new features and improvements to this system.

We emphasise that it is not compulsory to take out the maintenance agreement but we strongly recommend that you consider this option if you wish to benefit from the advantages these Alpha-Link software enhancements will provide your company and help increase the productivity of your Colchester-Harrison Alpha lathe.

For users of the new 'Alpha-Link for Windows' products we aim to provide at least one major update to the software per year, as well as all usual support issues. A maintenance agreement number will be needed before any updates are sent out and this can be purchased by clicking on the buttons below:
